                                                           Some effects I wanted to change.

  

                          All .zip files in yellow are for use with LoMan/BobMan. Ready made for use, DO NOT unzip them.

Just put the .zip file into the addons_BoB folder under the LoMan root folder. If the addons_BoB folder exists already, then download these .zip files directly into that folder.

                                                               Use LoMan to install and un-install them.
 

    Effects :

   

    ../Gun_Tracer_Smoke.zip
   
    Folks requested gun tracer smoke, so here is my make. Uses viper-s BULLET.bin file. I thank him. All feeback welcome. I may make another try later.

     Installation: Put the .zip file (unzipped) into the addons_BoB folder under LoMan.
     To manually INSTALL:

      TRACSMK and TRACSMK_trans both go to the MskMap16 folder.

    I did not like the old explosion when an aircraft was hit. Too white for my taste, I wanted one that looks like aviation gasoline exploding so I made this. Made from a picture of hydrocarbons burning at an oil refinery flare stack.

    Installation: Put the .zip file (unzipped) into the addons_BoB folder under LoMan.

    To manually INSTALL:

      EXPLASH and EXPFLASH_trans both go to the MskMap16 folder.

 
 

    Sounds :   (not ready for manual install)
      I do not do sound mods, but I like some that other modders have made. Here are a few that I like to use.

      Installation: Put the .zip file (unzipped) into the addons_BoB folder under LoMan.            

      

    ../Water Crash.zip                             

    New one by Redband. I always hated that screeching sound when an A/C hits the water. Apparently so did Redband, so he changed it. A    must have for me personally. :)                                                                             

    ../Landing sounds.zip

    New one from Redband. Instead of the CLUNK! on a hard touchdown, you hear some better stress sounds.

    ../Soupdragons Merlin sounds.zip

    Old one from the Soupdragon. Tired of the way your Merlin engine sounds? Try this mod for a pleasant change.

    ../BoB_Merlin_Start.zip

    Old one from the Soupdragon. A nice variation of the RAF engine cranking and ignition sounds at engine start up.

    ../Fuel sputter.zip

    Old one from maususer. Mostly removes that COUGH! COUGH! sound when your RAF carburetor float bounces up and down in the bowl when your nose changes attitude quickly. A nice partner to the Merlin Engine sounds above.
